  Yes we are fully insured and guarantee our work. We offer a service guarantee, which basically means that if we don't do what we say we are going to do then we will refund you 3 months of management fees.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I worked for the second largest property management company in Queensland with over 1700 properties under management. When it closed I decided to open E Property Rentals as I believed there was a niche in the market for a company that believed in servicing fewer clients but to a higher standard.
