We are fully insured with workers compensation, public liability and equipment on site. Our service work generally carries a 12 month parts and labour warranty. All our Daikin equipment and other brands come with a full 5 years parts and labour warranty. Our ducting comes with a 10 year warranty.

What are our service rates? $125.00 plus 10% gst Do we supply and install split systems? Yes. Do we install only split systems if the customer buys elsewhere? Yes. Do we do maintenance work? Yes Do we supply and install ducted systems? Yes.

We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity when dealing with our customers and working in their home or work place.  We also realise that being punctual, neat and tidy is very important.  If for some reason we need to change an appointment or if we are running behind for an appointment we will phone, email or txt you which is ever your most preferred.

We have been in business for over 20 years. We are fully insured. Licenced with both Fair Trading and Arctick. Furthermore we are proud of being an authorised Daikin dealer and service agent.

We need to know the customers name, address, phone number, email address and details of what the customer needs.  Some available dates and times we can look at the job.  Is the customer restrained to a budget. Would the customer like alternative prices for different brands of equipment or extended warranties.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

In regard to breakdown service. 1. Provide brand and model number when lodging service call. 2. Listen look and observe how the air conditioning system is operating.  3. Try to convey an accurate decription of what is wrong. Whats working and whats not working. We may in some cases be able to tell you some very common simple things to fix your system.

As a great offer to all Oneflare customers we will provide a 10% discount for all service jobs.  For all split system installations, Oneflare customers receive 2 free yearly manitenace services to their new equipment

We are regularly researching our industries and competitors pricing and we believe a competitive market place makes for fair pricing for the consumer.  When this is coupled with the great warranties we provide on our work the customer is the winner.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We provide free quotations for all sales jobs.  In regard to service work we charge $125.00 plus 10% gst which covers the service fee and the first 30 minutes labour.

Our services include sales, maintenance, installation and service of residential and commercial air conditioning systems.  We provide our services to homes, offices, medical practices, hotel and hospitality industry and many other areas.

We have a raft of tradesman ranging from fully qualified refrigeration and air conditioning electro technicians, electricians and mechanical engineers. All our tradesman are fully licenced.
