Yes we are fully insured to repair our customers equipment. Furthermore, we also place a 12 month warranty on all hardware work carried out, in line with ACCC requirements.

Our technicians have always lived and breathed repairing technology. I myself have always had an immense customer service drive and the will to impress and satisfy even the fussiest of clients.

Once a family needed their computer repaired one night at around 10.00pm in order to operate for their sons birthday slide show the following day. Our technician visited that evening and solved the issue.

General questions such as operating system, symptoms or issues being experienced, software that is on the machine, requirements of the repair. Information such as when it was last repaired and work been done can also be helpful.

Having an accurate description of the problem so we can tackle the issue first time every time correctly. additionally being prepared to drop the PC off at our repair office can save time and money.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We have set our hourly rate at a very competitive amount and when compared to other larger sized companies, we are almost half the price. We don't believe we are cheap and this is certainly not a reflection of our service quality. We do consider some of our competitors to be overcharging.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Cash, cheque or transfer. In some circumstances we can offer a 3 day account. Typically we quote an hourly rate however some jobs are straight forward enough to quote a set price up front.

We specialize in Home PC upgrades and restorations, repairs, Virus and Spam detection and removal, WIFI network installation and maintenance. We pride ourselves on our honesty and customer focus.
