  We found Roscoe to be prompt, precise and an excellent chef. His range of choices were mouth watering and it was hard to choose our final menu. Thank you Roscoe for and excellent night in which we could concentrate on our guests.

  I KNOW what to do.......... helped because I love Catering. I have taken up wandering the world cooking for Opera Openings in Umbria Italy and varied small special functions in London. You get what I have fine tuned.

  I relate to people empathetically a rare gene possessed by few....... oh is trumpet blowing a culinary sport ? Can fit in .....will fit in .......... its a rare task if it is new to me.
