    I am council registered business and yes I totally guarantee my work. If the customer is not satisfied i give a money back guarantee, but since i give out cake samples and send through photos of the finished product before delivery , I never had a problem yet! I always leave enough time to change or rearrange things if the customer wants!

  • How did you decide to get into your line of work?

    My mum thought me how to bake and it was a natural following once i had to decide on a profession to start an pastry chef apprenticeship and I never looked back since then! Even after 35 years i love baking and decorating !
