  Empire Flooring (Susie and Joe) professional, excellent communication, arrived on time and very good work, especially on our stairs (80 year old timber floors). Most understanding and adaptable when we asked to alter the date at short notice. Highly recommend.

  I have used many contractors over the years and Joe from Empire Flooring was one of the best. A hard worker who produced wonderful results on a 110 year old hardwood floor. Would most definitely recommend.

  Joe and Suzie are a great team. Right from the beginning I knew I was dealing with a very professional company. Joe came to measure up for the quote at exactly the time we agreed, and Suzie sent through the quote the next day. They were so friendly as they answered all my questions in the lead up to the job (ordering, wastage, seasoning, finishing), and even managed to bring the start date forward a week to better fit in with our building schedule. Joe is an amazing worker, and this workmanship is brilliant - all the subsequent trades that have seen it make comment (and I take that as very high praise!) He's also super friendly, and so considerate - caring about my young son's nap time and his clean up after the job was impeccable. I feel very lucky to have been recommended this company for this job

  We are fully insured with Public Liability cover and product indemnity and can provide a guarantee on all works completed, dependant on the type of project.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  Joe started out as a French Polisher in his earlier days and it was natural progression to move into residential timber flooring in homes. He has a passion for timber flooring and developed his concrete grinding skills from his natural desire to keep learning and broaden his services.
