Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are fully insured and if something is missed we will re attend to rectify. We have over 60 cleaners and all cleaners are Police Checked every two years.

We have so many... Our main core stories are similar though. It's seeing clients go from company to company experiencing the same problems and then seeing their faces light up when we do our presentation and showing what future them is going to experience.

We are a Christian family and Christian business. Our clients are not numbers, they are friends and treated with respect and honesty. At any stage our clients can request reports about cleaners onsite. This gives the clients transparency and reporting.

Because we have every system in place that can enable customer satisfaction at an affordable price. There are so many cleaning companies doing it wrong... They just buy a mop and bucket and call themselves cleaners. You have to love cleaning and then educate yourself to be the best at it.

Size of building, how many staff, how many days you want the site cleaned, how heavy is the soil-age and does the site require rectification work from past cleaning companies.

I can tell you through experience time and time again, we normally visit a site and save you money through two areas alone.  1/ Procedure/frequency  2/ Payroll staff sickness improvement (Notable change)

What makes your pricing competitive?

We price ourselves in the middle of the market and then we start adding free inclusions to your service such as "sanitary Bin Service" or other choices that you can elect from. This will overall drop your service cost to the lower end of the spectrum.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We normally give our clients an invoice and there is no credit card facility. The invoices are sent out at the beginning of each month and clients payments are due 7 day AEOM.

Medical Centers and Offices are our primary market, however, we also service many factories and industrial sites with regular cleaning. We also clean strata common areas of building.

Twenty years experience! cleaning offices, medical centers, factories and 35 years operating businesses and dealing with happy clients. We do regular training for new surfaces and products that come available to the market.
