  I don't know what 9t is, whether I communicated to him properly or what - I sent in my request which he responded., saying it was my brother's laptop. My brother phoned him to say next Thursday/Friday and we waited and waited but he did not turn up . We phoned him again and he seemed to remember who we were and asked if we still needed his services. We politely declined and have opted for another service we used once before.
