Customer service from the 2nd technician was very good. The first one misdiagnosed the problem. Waited a week to be told I would have to wait another week for the part. It ended up taking 2 weeks for the part to come in. I asked for the new price of the repair and was told over the phone that it was the same price as first quoted, I then questioned it and he told me it was $10 cheaper and when I paid I still got charged at the original price. In all the waking machine is fixed but am not happy I had to pay for my washing to be washed for 3 weeks from the misdiagnosed problem and to then be still charged at the intital quote doesn't make sense to me.27 Dec 2019
