  Nicola Steward is truly magical when it comes to looking after the central nervous system. I have never visited a chiropractor before and so was a little hesitant at first. However I have to say that within the first two sessions I had experienced a marked difference in my posture, a release of tension in various areas of the body that had been there a while and a great sense of health and well being. Nicola works with you not just to treat you, but to also support you and educate you and no matter how you feel when you go in you always feel so different walking out
