  We've been using their service for a long time now and we don’t have any complaints about them. Unlike the company we used before them, they were willing to help us out with regard to lifting an carrying our deliveries. That's really something. We stopped patronising the other company's services completely and we've been using theirs ever since that time.

  Fastway has been very consistent in ensuring that I get my purchases delivered overnight if I'm ordering them from the same state, QLD. I've also noticed that the delivery drivers were all very friendly and even helped me when the deliveries were heavy. They willingly helped carry those deliveries upstairs for me. They provide an excellent service for their customers.

  You can always count on Fastway Couriers to provide you with great customer service. Although you could say that their pickup and delivery service is OK at best since it's not always on time, that shouldn’t discount the fact that they will always give you great deals. In instances where you would request for a new contractor or if you want to renegotiate your deal, their manager will talk to you personally about it.

  This morning I received a delivery from the company. I appreciated the fact that they actually informed me the exact date that I was to expect the delivery. They were very professional about the whole thing and you could say that I was impressed with how quick I was able to receive the package. Kudos to the service they provided.

  Talking to their staff, I was happy that they were all polite and very friendly. None of them were condescending and they actually listened to my instructions. With regard to the delivery of the packages, they've always been delivered in outstanding condition. Also, the staff who delivered the packages were polite and formal. Can't say anything more about the service really.
