  Was looking for a local accountant for some small business advice. This business cold-called me in the middle of my work day to ‘save me’ from having to read other ads. Set up a Monday morning meeting which they then did not attend - citing a ‘heavy weekend’ as an excuse. Equally lax with rescheduling - disrespectful of others’ commitments. They also had limited knowledge of business jargon, did not communicate clearly, and tried to ask for favours in exchange for advice. Will not be doing business with them in the future, and would recommend others to avoid.
