Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we have full insurance for public liability and equipment. Also we have backup photographers in a worst case scenario. Yes, our work is guaranteed!

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

My grandfather was a very famous photographer, my mum, my dad and my uncle were or are photographers. Journalism attracted me first but in modern days its became compromised, manipulated, money driven profession. Photography is honest and special and its in my blood.I love it!!!

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

I have dozens of stories but what I love the most is when we follow our clients over the years at the major milestones in their life- Shoot their engagement photos, than the wedding..a few years later the maternity shoot comes followed by newborn photos and family photos later...I feel privileged!

Working with people, being outside and the challenges each and ever job presents. I am not a still life photographer-I need action and people to interact with.

It can be any question really and how we answer it...well its simple- honestly. There is not much good in over promising and under delivering. We actually pride ourselves in how great relationships we develop with our clients based on honesty and openness.

First and foremost- we are a professional company which means our photography pays our mortgage, our childrens education, our food, our holidays etc...We are not what we call "weekend warriors" "people with cameras" 20 years behind us proves the fact that we are good, reliable and trustworthy

The more information the customer provides the more accurate the pricing is and in turn the better the finished job is that will definitely meet the customers expectations.

First and most important-BOOK THE RIGHT PERSON..By nature customers want to save so hunt down the cheapest option which in turn ens up more often than not having to re-do the job or the customer wasted money on a job that they are not happy with. Do research and not just on Facebook

Market dictates the price but to be hones price is not everything as we believe in the good old saying- you get what you pay for :)

How do you normally charge for your service?

Every job is different so we usually quote for each job. We do have general prices to go by but short notice, off season jobs attract discounts and also package deals are priced favourably too.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

We shoot between 40 to 80 weddings a year at the moment. Couple, family and kids photos is part of our business alongside real-estate and event photography when we have time for it.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

20 Years in the photographic industry. Over 500 weddings and thousands of jobs under our belt gives us huge advantage. Diploma of Photography and Journalism is a paper I have..but it really is the experience that counts i believe.
