We are a husband and wife team with over 15 years connection and continued close ties with all arms of the emergency services. We also offer 10 years’ experience within the legal services industry including, but not limited to, conveyancing, mortgagee/mortgagor finance, will drafting and probate disputes. After experiencing the huge conveyancing costs and the little subsidies for front line personnel, we were determined to provide a quality and affordable service to the most deserving and overlooked members of society. We have a niche market, and we do not deal with developers or large off the plan sales, we provide “mum and dad” discounted conveyancing for police, ambulance, fire fighters, armed service and public health employees. This means that we can reduce risk, lowering overheads, costs and insurance premiums – all savings we pass on. We use the latest in software and conduct most transactions electronically through email, phone and text. The documents requiring original signatures can be posted/emailed or we can arrange a time and place suitable to you.
