• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance, both required for acupuncturists running their own business. I cannot guarantee my work, obviously, as everyone responds to treatments in a different way. I do, however, pride myself in high standards of professionalism and care.

• Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

  I see one client at a time, so that I have time to listen to their problems. That way the client receives my full attention. Often I find that clients are willing to talk and share more if they feel comfortable with me. I love to chat and build a partnership with them.
