Our work is fully guaranteed and we hold Professional Indemnity Insurance. We are also fully licensed through the Business Licensing Authority which gives our client extra safety in case things go wrong. (but this has never happened before in over 20 years)

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

After 20 years of working for a major bank, i was fed up with the continual complaints about our service and fees and as I much prefer happy customers, the only way I could do that was to run my own business where i decide how to look after customers. So i now have that satisfied feeling with my job

My main job satisfaction is calling clients on settlement day when all is done to let them know that they can pick up their keys and move into their new homes,  or that their money is in their account, satisfaction that the job is done on time and we have another happy client.

There are so many different questions that customers do ask. But most questions pertain to a particular situation as there are so many different scenarios with each property,/job. What we can say is that we can answer 99% of questions, and what we dont know we will find the correct answer for you.

Year of experience, and  the need to keep our customers happy at all times.  Our business survives on satisfied customers who refer their friends and family to us on a regular basis.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We need to know if you are buying or selling a property which is part of a Owners Corporation as we are required to obtain a Owners Corporation Certificate which costs $147-82, otherwise our fee is fixed at $777 which includes all disbursements and applicable GST. (NO SURPRISES at settlement time)

We will discount our already inexpensive fees by $50 for all customer who come to us  through the Oneflare system.

What makes your pricing competitive?

The Price of $777 makes us cheaper when you note that this price includes disbursements and applicable GST.  Our fee however does not cover third party fees for Stamp Duty and Ttles Office etc.  Our Bills provide no surprises at the end.

How do you normally charge for your service?

SALES:  We charge an upfront fee of $165 for preparing a section 32 and the remainder of funds are collected at settlement:  PURCHASES:  We charge our fees at settlement.

We specialise in all aspects of the Conveyancing industry, and perform all task from Preparation of Section 32's for sales, purchases, Spouse Transfers, Plans of Sub-Division.

Our staff are fully licensed and qualified with many years of experience within the Real Estate and banking industries.  We also keep up to date with our training and new laws as passed by the relevant Government Authorities
