  We specialise in Residential Property Management - areas covered from Coolangatta to Brisbane CBD. Contact us to arrange a rental appraisal today. All-inclusive rate of 7.7% Management fees for OneFlare customers (plus 1week letting fee). We do not charge for lease renewals/inspections).

• What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

  We require the property address and sometimes a site visit to provide a rental appraisal. If you have recently purchased the property online photos are helpful.
