I'm Dianne, a qualified Nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional Medicine), who would love to spend some time with you and your family at your place to assist with meal planning and preparation of great tasting, healthy meals. If you have family members with food intolerances (such as coeliac disease, lactose intolerance or other medical conditions e.g. diabetes 2) or you wish to become a healthier family, I will tailor make and provide you with solutions to take the stress out of your meal times... (Trust me! I can totally understand the frustrations when cooking for picky eaters) To kick things off - I'll send you a quick questionnaire about your family so I can get to know you. When you've finished, I'll be able to customise how we work together to choose foods and meal plans that will have your whole family enjoying meal time again. We'll focus on health, time management and cost effective ways to easily feed your family healthy meals everyday! You'll also gain member access to my recipes online to avoid the boring same-old-same-old dinners week-in and week-out...
