  Yes, we are insured (public liability etc). Our washes are done right the first time, every time - if you have a complaint, please ensure you raise the issue BEFORE I leave.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I absolutely love animals, so this was a perfect fit! Unfortunately, I am allergic to dog hair but that hasn't stopped me ;-)
