Avoid this company at all costs, absolutely terrible customer service. I designed a shirt on their website, then some time later I went back to the saved design to order 5 of the shirts. The design was on the shirt when I ordered, I even had to edit the design to have a different name on each of the 5 shirts. When I clicked 'Buy' it gave me a warning that some of the image was outside the print area. The part that was outside was just the transparent background so I was ok with that. When I received the shirts they were blank with no artwork added at all. After some investigation it was clear the design I submitted didn't go through their ordering process properly. The shirts were needed for an event, by the time I received them it was too late to send back, have them customised, and sent back to me. I would have received them after the event and they would have been useless to me, so I did not proceed. Customer service has been horrible while trying to get a refund. They refuse to refund the full amount even though it was caused by an issue with their systems. They will only offer a partial refund but this is not good enough. Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few important points regarding your order. You were not charged for the design printing, as the artwork was not added to your order at the time of checkout. Our support team spoke with you and created a separate order so that you could return the blank garments and we could proceed with adding the artwork as requested. However, you later requested a full refund instead. As per our company policy, in cases of change of mind, a 15% restocking fee along with shipping charges are deducted from the refund amount. This is why a partial refund was offered. We understand that you insisted on a full refund. That said, I am currently discussing this matter with the Support Team management to explore whether we can reach a resolution that keeps you satisfied. I will update you once I receive confirmation. I had a very disappointing experience with Garment Printing Group. Despite confirming an agreed delivery date of February 12th, the company did not dispatch my order until that same day, something they failed to communicate until the due date. Had they notified me of the delay, I could have arranged an alternative pickup, as I had people available to collect it earlier. Instead of acknowledging the late dispatch, the team repeatedly blamed Australia Post, even though express post would have arrived on time had the parcel actually been sent as promised. Their communication felt dismissive and evasive, and I had to chase them multiple times for clarification. To make matters worse, the caps I ordered arrived with faulty embroidery, which I then had to report back to them for review. This added further inconvenience after an already frustrating delay. Overall, the experience involved poor customer service, a failure to meet delivery commitments, lack of proactive communication, and a final product that did not meet quality expectations.
