I have professional and liability insurance and can supply currency certificates if required, yes I guarantee my work is professional and if not satisfied then no payment.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

After being a qualified accountant for 35 plus years I was not ready to retire. Using the skills I have acquired as an accountant made moving into bookkeeping an easier transition.

I had arranged to meet a client in a restaurant. Twenty minutes afterthe appointment time had passed I sent an SMS to ask if all was OK. Turned out she was sitting on other side of restaurant where I didn't notice her, plus she had a new hair colour and style. Look more carefully now ;_)

As a bookkeeper I have advised clients on how to deal with the administration of an accounting system. The varied people and businesses I have worked with are the part I have enjoyed the most.

Be as clear as possible with your requirements, that way you will know what sort of service and appropriate qualifications that would be required. Ask about: experience, registrations, qualifications that would fit with being able to provide a professional service

Customers frequently like to know the person quoting has the skills and experience to do their job well and for a fair price. To address these I have the experience and knowledge to do their job or I do not take the quote any further. On the pricing I believe I have the most competitive rates.

Able to charge by the hour or offer a fixed rate service depending on the business requiremenst for ongoing support, or a job charge for a specific task or implementation of business systems. Training is done on an hourly basis.
