Yes of course!  Our artwork is of the highest quality.  Much of it comes with a 75 year warranty!

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I've been passionate about photography since I was 8 years old, and my passion only continues to grow!  I have had the privilege of photographing more than 70,000 individuals in my career thus far, and continue to love the challenge of learning new things and meeting more great people.  Very year I grow as an individual and every year I can provide something even more meaningful to my clients.

I love bringing out the best in my clients and watching them react when they see the artwork we have created.  It is such a gift to be able to walk my clients through such a special process and love the artwork that is produced.

Photography is a very personal process.  Great results come with the client being comfortable with the photograhper and the photographer putting in the work to get to know and understand the client, thier personalities and thier needs.  Knowing who to hire is as simple as finding the person who really is concerned about creating something that is meaningfulu for you and creating it with quality, care, and professinalism.

Every customer is unique and has thier own questions.  Most customers want to know when we are generally available to book photographic sessions.  These times vary a great deal based on our current workload.  We'll be able to give you our next available date when we chat on the phone.

I'm passionate about great customer service.  Being on time, providing a quality product, being helpful, supportive, encouraging, and professional are all considered the minimum requirements.  It's simply my personality and my business to be reliable and trustworthy at all times.

We have a phone conversation with all customers before booking.  We'll ask you questions about your family and what's important to you to help us build an amazing experience for you!

We take every customer through the entire process.  We wouldln't expect you to do any work other than to allow us to guide you through the process.  The key is to allow yourself to have fun and enjoy the experience.

The experience we offer is like no other photographer in Melbourne.  Our priceing provides incredible value for a custom experience offering custom artwork, all created just for you.  You'll have to be the judge of whether the value of what we offer is clear, but we feel it's exceptional value.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Each portrait session is totally custom. This means that we will go to a loation that is meaningful for client.  We will have a chat over the phone, discuss your needs, come up with a plan based on what suites you best, and then we can reommend artwork that works for your space.  We can then give you a quote for the cost of the portrait and the artwork based specifically on your needs.  This is the only fair way to quote as otherwise we would be quoting you without knowing you or knowing your needs.
