The satisfaction of when you have completed a job. Looking at the work that has been provided is enjoyable. Quality is key for me so having  happy and satisfied customers is always important.

I am always punctual and committed to any job I take on. Quality is very important to me, I endeavour to have a one price policy any unexpected extra costs will be discussed with the client before work is completed.

attention to detail is high priority for me, I will provide great quality work at great prices, I will beat any written contract by 5%.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

*An accurate size of the job . I am happy to come out and measure up myself to ensure accuracy on quotes. *Type and size of tile ie: ceramic or porcelain and size of tile eg: 30x30 *Any special features (patterns, diagonal lay, decorative inserts, etc).

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

*Prepare work area (removal of old tile, carpet etc). *Customers can supply materials (glue, grout, silicone etc). *Customers can pay cash rather than b pay or direct debit  or cheque.

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

I will beat any written quote by 5%  and 5% referral fee (If I get a referral from you to another customer, whatever the new customer job is worth I will give you 5% of the total invoice ie: job value $2000 you will receive $100 referral fee).

I use quality glue & grout products and you will get value for money as I will beat anyone's written quote by 5%

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

I charge per metre, but there are some jobs in which I would charge by the hour, usually due to the complexity of the job not necessarily the size. Some small jobs have small square meterage but are complex and take time to do. Although these jobs can sometimes be priced by the hours does not mean they are more pricey.

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I specialize in all aspects of the tiling industry, any size job and any type of tile. I always have a silicone seal finish.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Accepted Answer

I have had 13 years experience in the industry, started as a labourer for a year then a 4 yr apprenticeship. I have worked as a fully qualified tiler for another 2 years before starting my own business.
