I have public liability insurance. I will ask at completion of job for you to inspect the job to ensure you are satisfied. If there are any issues - I will fix them before asking for payment

Quality job with customer service to match. Good communication to ensure the job is completed to the customers expectation. I am still building my business - repeat business and referalls are very important and this will only occur if I provide an excellent service

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

For residential - number of floors, if there are any french mirrors, access issues, any other concerns ie bore water stains to window or post build clean (paint and cement splatter).  For commercial - time frame for job to be completed, if regular clean - frequency

Low overheads enable me to keep me prices low. No admin staff. Also doing most quotes over the phone or looking at google street view, I save time and this saving in passed on in my prices

I charge on a fixed rate for a job. This rate is based on a few factors - this enables me to provide a fixed quote over the phone so there are no surprises on the day

Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I do all window cleaning services except for abseiling. I have water feed pole system that can clean buildings up to 4 storeys high. I also do a lot of windows for end of lease, due to this I have started doing carpet cleaning for these end of lease jobs.
