  awful experience from the minute we opened our front door. No hello or introduction just a rude " here to do THE dog". didnt even ask our dogs name just demanded water and power access,,, never even confirmed booking once we sent our address etc just turned up late, van was disgusting not clean and stunk,,, dog hair all over the bench and everything in sight from last cut or mote , hadn't even cleaned up before next appointment and dirty towels pilled in another corner,,, haircut was so uneven and patchy we canceled the wash and couldn't wait to get our puppy and ourselves out of there,, we later found a graze cut under our pups arm pit and hes been miserable ever since,, so many other mobile dog groomers out there,,, anyone else but this one.

  Gillian is a lovely person, and really loves dogs. She is professional and asks about your requirements prior to the groom which is so important as all dogs are different. I had 2 Japanese spitz that needed grooming and a full brush out which can be difficult as they have a lot of hair, and she did a great job and tidied up after herself. I recommend Gillian!
