  The quote ended up 375.00 not 165 as quoted on the web page. Very disappointed.

  Hi Jill, sorry to here you are disappointed. In all fairness, we have to enter an amount to receive your contact number and as you hadn't entered any sizes etc as mentioned to you when I replied to your quote request, I need to call for extra information including sizes and window location etc to provide you with an accurate price for your window. The price of $165 was based on an average size bottom panel window approximately 650mm x 850mm. When we spoke you provided two sizes (1200 x 1000 & 600 x 1200) for ground floor glazing which I quoted you accordingly at $377.30 including GST. Again we are sorry to here you are disappointed but if we were provided with the actual sizes and details as apart of your initial quote request, we would have been able to provide you with an accurate price from the start. All windows are different sizes and require different thickness of glass to comply with standards depending on there location which is why I sent the message advising we would need to speak to confirm your particular jobs quote. For future reference it may be a good idea to provide a little more information from the start to assist the supplier quoting you.
