I have always been fascinated with computers and love the constant learning required to keep up to date with all of the latest issues and changes and the latest devices.

Yes I do I had a customer call me on a Saturday and wanted me to remove a virus that was so severe he couldnt even use his computer. I was able to fix his computer for him within an hour and for a very reasonable price.

I like solving issues for my customers and showing them how to get the most out of using their WIndows or Mac Computers. Seeing the smile on their face once I have solved their issue is quite satisfying.

After explaining your issue to the best of their ability they should ask them how long they believe they will take to fix the problem and what their hourly rate is. Hiring some one with a low hourly rate who will take much longer to fix the issue than some one who is more expensive but quicker is not always a good idea.

Customers usually ask me if I can fix their problem within an hour and whether I can be on site as soon as possible. My answer to both of those questions is yes and quite often I can be onsite in as little as 15 minutes.

Unlike some other computer technicians I have formal qualifications in Information Technology and I have over 12 years experience with troubleshooting and repairing computers.

1) Make sure you have your Windows or Mac Operating System Disk handy before you call. 2) If you are dropping off your computer to be serviced make sure you have the power cable as well as OS disk Handy. 3) If you wish to recover files please turn your computer off immediately and do not turn it back on.

There is no call out fee and no fix/no fee. I accept Cash and all Major Credit Cards including Mastercard and Visa. Direct Debit is also available but only by prior arrangement.

I specialize in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OSX computers and setup of new Windows and Mac OSX computers. As well as setup and one on one tutoring of Computers and Android Phones.
