We are an insured business. We always guarantee our work efficiency and try to satisfy our customer 100%. Customer satisfaction varies differently with one customer to another.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I have been working as a chef for long time and I had oppurtunity to work for some well known celebrity Chefs such as Peter Evans. I watched them running there business successfully. That's inspired me to start up my own business when I moved to HIghton.

To me all my customers are favourite and all of their story is the same. this is one of the story. One day one of my customer Mr.X rang me and aske me to cater for his son's 1st birthday  party and I got to organise it for the same day because the caterer he had organised before was unable to do it for some reason and I managed to fulfil his request.

The current food industry is very competitive and challenging. People involebe in this industry are always coming up with new ideas and techniques and I like that.

Most of the time customers comes to us with their Ideas and requirments and ask  the price. Usually we give them our pre costed menu which have set prices. We aslo offer tailor designed menu which some customer ask some time.

The way I have structured my business and I source my produce makes me very competitive. My production line is very cost efficient. I always consider  local produce and suppliers.

We have set price menues of our own. We can also cater as per customers budget. We accept bank cheque, cash, and crdit card. Some case we rquare 5 to 10% deposit.
