Plenty of experience at the coalface of property management. We operate strictly in accordance with the law and legislation. We know the Real Estate and Business Agents Act and we also know the Residential Tenancies Act. We have customers who have been with us since Dee Gow first started the business 26 eyars ago - that's the best testimony!

We are professional and offer fair service to our owners and tenants. We understand the frustrations of Property Management and work hard to simplify the whole procedure for owners and tenants. As soon as a tenant pays rent, we will pay the owner. We COMMUNICATE with owners and tenants as required.

We like to visit the property first and meet with the customer so we can understand their expectations. We need the property address; description of the property and its facilities.

Our industry is competitive and the cheapest is not always the best. We are transparent in our charges and will negotiate to match the requirements of the landlord. We offer good service for fair work. In addition our charges are tax deductible.

We operate in a heavily legislated industry and all our Property Managers have the appropriate qualifications as required by law. In addition we all complete CPD training annually to comply with the law. We are members of Professional bodies such as REIWA and SCA and keep up to date with all developments which affect our industry
