Record keeping We enter all your receipts and payments into the software package of your choosing and then file all source documents away to ensure they are readily available for internal purposes or, of course, in case of an audit by the Australian Taxation Office. Reconciliations We then recommend reconciling these entries against your cashbook, cheque book, and/or bank statements to ensure that no entries are missed. We can also perform income and other reconciliations as necessary. Payroll services We can organise your payroll system so you can easily access all staff data quickly and efficiently. Once set up, fulfilling your PAYG, super, and other payroll obligations will be a simple task.. ​Internal financial reports As an ongoing client we will provide you with financial reports on a regular basis (as requested) so that you can manage your business effectively by always knowing your financial situation. BAS, IAS & GST Assistance As a small business owner, you will have certain obligations to the ATO, in regard to reporting business taxation. Such obligations include the need to complete an IAS (Instalment Activity Statement) or BAS (Business Activity Statement). As your business grows, you may also need to register for GST. We can enable you to comply with these ATO requirements.
