• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  Yes we carry public liability insurance and can provide documentation prior to commencement of work. Yes we guarantee our work and will inform the customer prior to commencing any work, that for any reason we had any doubt about the result.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  Working in the roof restoration industry I was called out to many distressed homeowners wanting me to check for a hole in the roof. Time and time again I would find no holes but gutters or spouting fully blocked full of dirt, leaves, sticks, bark, gum nuts, plane tree hair, moss, even broken tiles, screws. You name it. When I explained they asked if I knew anyone reputable to clean the gutters but I couldn't answer. I started thinking about it, and it just happened :)
