We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance and are also able to provide a quote for audit insurance which can be useful should one be ordered by the ATO.

In this role we have the capability to set someone up for success - to achieve and win.  Being able to be in that kind of role is incredibly rewarding on a personal level.

How can I get out of this mess or improve my situation? We start at the very beginning (it's a very good place to start) and look at the foundations of the business, the structure... and build from there.

Establishing the scope is often the hardest thing to do and there is no boxed answer to this.  Starting with previous financials can be a good start but in the absence of them, understanding what the business is all about.

Having a good idea of where you want to take your business and presenting information in a logical and consistent manner saves time and money.

Probably not our pricing. We don't look at competing with others prices.  We look at creating value for our clients and our charge is reasonable for the value it provides.  None of our clients are ever surprised by our bill.

Fixed Price Agreements, Monthly, Quarterly, Annually - as required by the client with due regard to cashflow.  Ultimately, it is a partnership we are seeking.

We best look after small to medium sized business. Setting up the best structures, systems and reporting as required by each Client.  There is no out of the box solution.
