Yes we have Public Liability Insurance and will not leave your job unless you and your guests are all full and have enjoyed our service.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Happy Camper Pizza is a family-run business which stemmed from a mid-life crisis. Prior to launching, Remi was an aeronautical engineer and Sonia was a TV reporter. The whole family is Pizza obsessed and have even eaten pizza in as far-flung places as Coober Pedy.

We love all our customers and have catered so many special, unique events. But our favourite experience was being left this review at a music festival: “This pizza saved my life and whispered me a poem.”

What do you like most about your job?

Our whole family is pizza-obsessed! Remi grew up in the south of France where the first ever pizza trucks came from. It's our absolute pleasure to bring true European style to the streets of Melbourne and eat pizza all of the time.

HOW LONG IS FOOD SERVICE? PIZZA:  50-100 guests = up to 2 hours 101-200 guests = up to 3 hours   ARRIVAL: We arrive 1.5-2 hrs before your event, to set-up and heat our oven.  ANTIPASTO: We serve our Antipasto Grazing Tables 1 hour prior to pizza service.  GELATO: Gelati service includes 1 hour

What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?

In 6 years of service, we have never cancelled a job or failed to turn up. We have a back-up oven, so in case of emergency, we always have a way to ensure your service is delivered.

We have been catering for 6 years and our food AND service are both amazing. We bring our kitchen to you and make all the food fresh on the spot. It's a complete catering experience and is about much more than just the food.

Three things we need to know in order to provide a quote is the event date, pizza service timing (lunch or evening) and the location. We can then suggest a great package for you and tweak the quote from there!

We believe in quality catering and good customer service, as opposed to cheap food.  But if budget is tight, you can save money by organising your own drinks, salads and nibblies, and getting us to focus on the mains. Local markets and deli's these days offer amazing choices of food.

We offer restaurant quality food for a fraction of the price. We pay all our staff on the books and pride ourselves on our service. We may not be the cheapest on here, but we are certainly the best in Melbourne in terms of what we do and the quality of our food.

We offer two ways we provide pizza quoting: per pizza or all-you-can-eat pizza packages!  Our packages start from $22 per pizza with a unique food truck and dedicated staff making wood-fired pizzas right in front of you and your guests!

Our catering speciality includes all your Italian favourites - handmade Pizzas, handmade Antipasto served as beautiful Grazing Tables, simple Salads and handmade Gelato.

Our team have experience catering everything from corporate lunches and parties to weddings. We use qualified pizza chefs at all our functions. Our methods are old-school: we make our dough from scratch, use quality ingredients, and prepare your meals fresh on the spot.
