Hartley Structural Structural Engineer & Engineering Drafting

I am a chartered professional structural / civil engineer with over 30 years experience in structural engineering. I have worked in Africa, United Kingdom and Australia and have extensive experience in the structural/civil engineering design of public infrastructure, industrial and mining projects and commercial and residential projects. I am currently a registered engineer with Engineers Australia (NPER) and the Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland (RPEQ). I have also been a registered chartered professional engineer with the Institution of Civil Engineers, United Kingdom and the Institution of Engineers, Papua New Guinea. I pride myself in producing practical, buildable and economic designs which stems from five years construction experience and extensive site supervision of numerous projects as a consulting engineer.
