Terrible company and cleaning job! During the scheduled walk through with the 2 owners (male & female) I discussed what we wanted cleaned and attention to detail was the priority. They upsold us 2 additional hours on this first clean having 4 hours to do a 3 bed 2.5 bath home that is already maintained daily. Bathroom bowl basins were wiped inside, not outside, toilets had varying levels of clean with some seats not cleaned, base of toilets not cleaned, bowl not cleaned on one of them. Showers only wiped around trimming and I specifically pointed out we wanted corners of trimming done, gunk is still visible. Entire bedroom mirror not cleaned and the one that was cleaned was smeared. Dusting of tv cabinet was smeared, some window sills wiped some weren’t. This cleaning service has absolutely no attention to detail.29 Nov 2023
Dear customer, I didn’t mean to offend you, I just want to tell the truth. This is a 3 bed 2.5 bath 2 living area 1.5 kitchen 1 laundry two-story house with two dogs, a cat, a child, two women and a man. There was no cleaner cleaning for a long time before we went. I never quoted that we can finish cleaning in 2 hours. I said first time 4hrs and after that 3-3.5hrs, both your 2 roommates and you agreed. After we finished first cleaning, you asked us to come to do the second cleaning (3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms 1.5 kitchen 2 living rooms 1 laundry) within 2 hours, and I said sorry we are not able to finish in 2 hours, then you threatened me that you would proceed to leave negative reviews on all platforms!Heidi S
