  The lads arrived within 30 minutes of the time they were booked in for. They worked diligently and completed their work (4 powerpoints and 2 rather tricky network points) quicker than expected with minimal downtime to my power supply. The were polite, cleaned up after themselves and the quote was exactly what I was charged. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks guys!

  Unbeknown to me when the light fitting was removed there was a big hole that had to be filled in with gyprock. I was charged an extra $65 on top of the installation. I expected to pay a small charge but this was excessive. I now still have to get someone in to fix the unsightly gaps, it's uneven and you can see the screws that should have been countersunk. Contacted the electrician but no response. Sorry but I won't be using them again.

  Was to arrive 10.30 to 12, at 1pm I had to call and ask where they were, be there within the hour Im told. No worries. 2.40 2 young fellas turned up only to be turned away by my very irate and upset husband who was now running very late for work. I think if you are running late, thats perfectly ok and we can run with it, but ring, communicate with us because its just nice to let us know, it keeps us happy and cools our anger at being let down. I cant comment on the work nor the boys that turned up as they seemed very polite - but we chose ASH electrical to come out in the end, they were there on time this morning and fixed, cleaned up and gone within 2 hours - no mess. Im sure they are a great business but come on, you just have to learn to touch base with your clients in order to keep them onside.
