  Alen is very knowledgeable about all types of laptop and PC. I have taken laptops to him before with very pleasing results. This time around he was able to resurrect a Microsoft Surface which had died and also to repair a damaged USB port on an HP. I cant recommend him highly enough.

  Alan did such a good job with my 2 out of date laptops. I cant believe the speed and efficiency that they work at !!! quality deliver and workmanship. Patience is a must for thorough workmanship, hold onto your marbles ! Highly recommend

  I have been back to Alen three or four times now, because he is honest, dedicated and friendly. He is also extremely competitively priced and will happily work within a budget. I will continue to use his services and would never hesitate in recommending him to family and friends. I have to be honest though and say sometimes he doesn't get back to you if you email or message him, but that seems to be because he is very busy and goes the extra mile for his customers, so you might need to call a few times to get to speak with him but it is absolutely worth the perseverance. Or just drop in, he is a very friendly person. This is the sort of small business that deserves your support.

  I had a very good experience! Alen is very skilled at what he does, he completely serviced and cleaned my computer and did a wonderful job. He is also very welcoming and kind, better service than what I would receive in traditional computer shops. I highly recommend visiting him if you have any problems with your computers!
