Melissa has 20 years’ experience in human resources compliance, management and consulting across a diverse number of industries including manufacturing , retail, mining, call centres, marketing and advertising.  Through working with these businesses, she can tailor her skills to any business working in any industry, including not-for-profits.  Melissa has assisted many businesses by addressing their compliance issues, helping them organise themselves to best suit their growth and help recruit and manage their people.  She is an expert in interpreting HR legislation that business needs to keep on top of. She has worked in small to medium business for the past 9 years.  She has also worked in a number of blue chip companies such as James Hardie and Yazaki Corporation, a multi-national firm.  Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business (HRM and Marketing) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
