We have regular customers that we serviced but we don't have favourites, all our clients are treated equally and fairly. Regular customers can usually call me directly for advise and help with no charge at all just a friendly chat over the phone to resolve some minor issues.

The common question from most customer is, can you fix it? Do I have to pay extra? Usually we can fix any job in an hour unless parts are required and are not available. For home user as a time line one hour is enough to fix common issues. What ever is the rate is all you pay excluding parts.

I give discount to pensioners, also I don't make mark up on replacement parts as you can't make any profit with parts that you provide if it's only one. When a customer becomes regular I usually offer a discount on their next service.
