We guarantee all of our work and all hardware in accordance with either Manufacturers requirements or Legislation. Manufacturers Warranty is on the Hardware supplied by the manufacturer and does not include Operating system or Software malfunctions and Viris infections.

These Tips are only for where applicable or possible.  1) Make sure your computer has done all required updates before the Technician arrived. 2) Make sure your computer or other device is running when the Technician arrives.  3) Make sure you have tried to power cycle your faulty device (off-on)

We offer Seniors and Aged Pensioner Discounts where applicable and requested and a $30 Discount if you require a 60 minute response and we can't comply. The two offers can not be used on the same service call and only apply to service calls.

Our pricing is comparable if not lower than all other Organisations providing similar typers of Service and Support. Our pricing structure is fair, reasonable and our Technicians are highly qualified for Field Service Work with a minimum of 20 Years in the industry.

Hourly Rate and any part thereof. This includes for Service Calls, Online and Phone Support. Quick question by email, SMS or phone and quotes are not charged.
