Had a Lovely Customer who said the Laptop kept freezing up on them all the time. Sometimes it would work after they restarted other times not really. Dropped in to have a look for them & it wasn't freezing up at all. They just kept accidentally disabling the touch pad with the F5 key. NO CHARGE :)

I have over 20 Years on the job experience !  I didn't recently graduate from High School or Uni.  I provide Old School Customer Service.  Computers are my passion.  Ask yourself this - Would I let an Apprentice Mechanic fix my car by himself ?  No disrespect to all you Apprentice Mechanics you have to start somewhere I know ;)

I assess the Job. Depending on how long it will take and or the Level of Expertise involved I will charge a Flat Fee for Pickup and Delivery Jobs. Hourly Rate is usually charged for On-Site repairs. Discounts may be applicable for Senior Citizens and Pensioners. All work is quoted before repaired.
