Recently built a Gaming PC for a customers daughter. We set the computer up at the customers house so we could teach her how it all works and how to build her own next time. Seeing their eye light ups as the computer was brought to life with all the RGD colors and LED strips etc glowing in all their glory was something that makes this career worth it.

Name. Location. Description of the issue including: When it happened. What you were doing at the time. What were you trying to achieve at the time. Any error messages or warnings coming up? Send a screenshot of these if possible or describe them word for word.  All of these details help us to examine what the issue is before we contact you. In some cases we can contact you directly with the resolution and no site visit or remote troubleshooting is required.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

1. Restart the computer! No matter how many times this is mentioned it holds true to its value. Restarting flushes the system out of anything caught in the system and gives you a clean slate to start from. If the issue is still happening after restarting, call us. 2. Update your Operating System to the latest version. A lot of issues can arise from programs being out of date. Update to make sure that' s not the issue. 3.If having internet issues, restart the router. Turn the router off at the wall, wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
