1) Area (sqm)  of work 2) Site visit / check existing conditions. 3) Required phrase (only concept design or construction delivery, including finishes + furniture selection, etc.)

Not 3 but 2 Tips client can do  1)Find ideal design images "Feel & Style" (Pick up 5-10 images you love and achieve from any website)  2)Know your budget (What you feel comfortable spending)

What makes your pricing competitive?

No initial consultation fee. Flat rate, once we define scope of work with client. (Normally our competitive rates equivalent to $40-50 per hour and we charge $50 for variations, if any additional service is requested from client.)

How do you normally charge for your service?

We will provide our fee proposal prior to commencing work. Once agreed by client, we ask 10% deposit and the rest will be invoiced after completion of each phrases. Phrases are normally break down to 4,  1.Schematic Design   2.Design Development  3.Tender + Construction Documentations  4.Construction Delivery and completion

Interior design, decoration & styling including colour ordination, selecting finishes, fixture, and furniture. Sectors: Residential, restaurant, retails, educations, cooperate, and more.
