Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I have full insurances (Public Liability and Indemnity), and if for some  reason you are not completely satisfied with the work provided, I am happy to correct any errors at my own expense (subject to discussion).

What do you like most about your job?

I am very passionate about what I do.  I do find the entire process of looking after a businesses accounts as very rewarding.  Being self-employed, I do enjoy meeting new people and discovering new businesses, as well as helping businesses with their financial requirements.

What questions do customers commonly ask and how would you answer them?

"How long will this take to fix?" and "How much will it cost me?" I usually try and give an accurate quote on the first meeting, but this is sometime subject to change, depending on any further difficulties that may be encountered.

I provide a friendly and accurate service, which is covered by relevant insurances, and I am fully accredited by the Tax Practitioners Board.

*Size of business (Turnover) and type of business (i.e Company, Sole Trader, Partnership) *Staff numbers *Current tax liability and situation (i.e Are you up to date with your ATO payments?) *How are your files?  Are they up to date?  What is and isn't currently entered?

*Have all the necessary documentation organised and available *If applicable, have the necessary passwords and codes needed to access company information *If possible, have bank statements up to date and ready

How do you normally charge for your service?

I usually charge an hourly rate for standard bookkeeping services, and I charge a flat rate to lodge BAS and IAS with the ATO via the BAS Agent Portal.  All my charges are inclusive of GST.

I am flexible in the businesses and industries that I work with.  I have had experience with HR, Recruitment, Construction, Landscaping, Retail and Labour Hire businesses to name a few.

I have over 20 years experience working in this industry.  I am proficient in all aspects of MYOB, and I can provide full training and set up, if required.  I am qualified with a Certificate IV in Financial Services, and I keep up to date with the latest legislative changes.
