Yes my company is insured for up to $ 20 million for public liability and all my work and materials are guaranteed.

Was a boiler maker welder by trade and stayed in the industry for 11 years then dicided  I wanted a career change which will involve in working out doors and customer service .so i teamed up with a mate installing Foxtel pay TV and have been doing ever since .

There has been quite a few occasions where I have had customers go out of there way to call my contracting company to say how happy they were with the installation that was done at there property.

Customers always ask on how the job is going to get done and if there is going to be any variation in pricing . I always confirm with customer on method of installation and a fixed price before commencing work .

Have been in the industry since 2007 I deal with about 6-8 different clients everyday for installation work my phone is always on and all my scheduled jobs I'm there on time . Have built a great relationship with contracting company's , builders and developers so ive always got work to go to,

Correct information, not replacing parts that aren't faulty , being honest and repairing or installing what needs to be done . Explaining the job before commencing work .

My prices are fair, i put a lot of pride in my work  and all my materials are of best quality,  you will always find another company cheaper but you pay for what you get .

Once all information is gathered from client an estimate can be done over the phone so at least the client has an idea on what there expecting to pay . Payments can be done either EFT or Cash .

Mainly specialise in the Pay TV ( Foxtel ) industry currently contracting on the Satellite domestic and business platform but also contract to clients for new builds for FTA and Pay TV pre wires and installations .

Started working in the industry in 2007, my qualifications are Certificate 3 in Telecommunications, Open Cablers Licence , Working at Heights . Have a geat deal of knowledge in the Pay TV and FTA industry .
