It's okay to ask about anything you don't know no matter how stupid it may sound to the technician. At the end of the day you are trusting your money with a stranger so you are within your right to feel at ease.

Why are your fees so expensive compared to others? My fees are locked and won't change during the build process no matter what problems may arise. Even if I have to spend extra time and effort you will only pay the price agreed from the very beginning. My fees are calculated based on my lifetime of experience and falls within industry standards. As stated in my business description the fees cover a total custom build where I chat to you one on one so you are in the loop of everything that is happening with your build and you get exactly what you are paying for.

With me you will expect full transparency especially with issues that can pop up during the build and quick replies when you want an update on your rig. I only take money when everything is decided upon and both parties are 100% with all the components that are going into the rig. I don't charge if you simply ask questions and don't go ahead with the build.

After hours and post build support: If you are local to me I can show up in person to troubleshoot any issues doesn't matter if it's late night or weekends. I won't be sending anyone else I am the person building these rigs and I will be the person showing up if anything goes wrong.

Any brand or component preferences starting with the case so I can gauge size and fitment. Then I will take a look on my end to see any technical issues regarding the specs and compatibility of the various components.

If you are open to buying used components just let me know, I only buy used components off eBay because I have money back guarantees with them. After receiving the components I will inspect them for any damages or fraud, test the internals on a testrig before giving the thumbs up and installing it onto your rig.

Being honest as an individual sole trader my fees are among the highest but as explained above you will be getting 100% guarantees with personal custom service. However comparing with a retail store my fees are much cheaper sometimes $100+ and with retail you don't really get to choose the exact components you want.
