  I had a broad picture of what I wanted my Granny Flat to look like through TV programs like Grand Designs and other media sources. James was able to take these ideas and create a version that was budget friendly but still a very pleasing and functional design. He is totally across council requirements and incorporates eco-friendly options into his design. Post build he has also been available for any questions. I highly recommend James Stephenson for your architectural needs.
