  I have been a customer of Jazera's Party & Event Shop for many years not only for my personal events but also for a major fundraising event for the past 6 years raising money for Women's Cancer and I can honestly say Mel has never waivered with her supply and service, always does a fantastic job I would not hesitate to recommend Mel to anyone

  I have been ordering from Jazera's Party Shop for the past 4 years. They have always provided excellent customer service, pricing and high quality balloons. They have also helped me greatly by delivering the balloons at a low cost and making sure they arrived on time. Mel is extremely helpful with ideas on colour's and arrangements to suit your party theme. At every birthday party people always comment on how amazing the balloons look. I would highly recommend Jazera's for all of your party needs and will continue to use them in the future.

  I was really impressed when I used Jazeras for my hubby's surprise birthday party. Mel was extremely helpful with advice on what options I could go with as there was sooo much to choose from their website. The quote was competitive and the products arrived when promised. Jazeras went above and beyond my expectations with that first party I have already used them for a 2nd party I had recently. I highly recommend this business to my friends and family, and the feedback from my guests in relation to my decorations from both parties ( 1 daytime and 1 night-time party) was fantastic! Lovely to hear when you are the host too ...

  Yes we are fully insured. We also have a $10m public liability insurance policy, hence when working out on site, our work and products are covered. Yes, we guarantee our work.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I have always been creative and for the first 10 years of marriage, my husbands family would call on my creativity for every party, wedding, engagement, Christening. I enjoyed decorating more than anything else and after 10 years of doing it, decided to take it further, get properly trained and open my own business.
