Good job in the beginning but began to get greedy and wanting to upsell me to pay him $50 for adding more cement to a small area between some bricks (less than one M2) and hassle me about getting rendering done by him. Over-promised in terms of no payment until job completed and good job guaranteed. I have to pay for the bricks and sand when they arrived. Was told to cancel your website. I told him I know what he was doing. At the end of the job, he dumped a wheel-barrow full of mortar on my back garden on the grass. 2-star because of attitude and pressure selling. His job can be good but messy because I could not afford to pay for cleaning and removing the rubbish he left behind. I have to clean the mortar splashes on my new windows and doors. When I rang him back to ask him to complete another 2 jobs, he said he has increased his price from $400 to $600 and was sarcastic. It is a pity because I could have helped him and given him a tip or bonus which he requested before finishing his job. I know him and Daniel and not Jay unless it was a different person who can to do my job.
