Yes we are fully insured and have uploaded the documents. Yes I will guarantee the work.  I don't usually leave site until the customer is happy with the work.

One way is to keep your property as clean as possible. Try and clean it yourself first. Call and ask for advice before you hire me to do the job.

My prices are fair because I am an owner/operator so I don't have to pay staff. No franchise fees either.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I send an invoice electronically onsite and have mobile EFTPOS machine. So I prefer the owner to be home so I can take payment onsite.
